Program Support Overall customer program support is provided on all SBAR contracts. Under our SPAWAR contract, SBAR maintains overall program support for the INMARSAT, GAS-1, and several navigational systems. These programs have been successful because SBAR has applied business and technical disciplines in such a way to produce quality complex systems at an affordable price. We have consistently surpassed all of the established quality guidelines set by NAVSEA.
