  Employees are allowed to convert up to two holidays per calendar year into personal leave. A banked holiday, when taken, is treated in the same manner as personal leave.

Vacation and Personal Leave

  Employee's vacation and personal leave accrual rate will depend on length of service with the company.

401(k) Plan

  SBAR's 401(k) plan offers an employer match and a full range of investment options. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the plan and may contribute up to the maximum amount permitted by IRS rules (currently 15% of compensation up to current maximum of $13,000).

Continuing Education and Training Assistance

  SBAR encourages and supports the continuing education and training of its employees. A better-educated or highly trained employee is a greater asset to the company and the customer.

We have found that continuing education and training has greatly improved the skills of our employees and quality support to our customers.

SBAR will evaluate each request for continuing education and training assistance on a case-by-case basis. Cases are evaluated and approved if there is a benefit to the Customer/Project, Company (SBAR) and the individual.
