	What is the CMAS Program? Public Contract Codes 10290 and 12101.5 allow the California Department of General Services to create CMAS Contracts. Contract prices are maximums. Public agencies are encouraged to negotiate lower prices. Local agency customers are subject to their own policies and guidelines and they determine their own order limits.
