What is the CMAS Program? Public Contract Codes 10290 and 12101.5 allow the California Department of General Services to create CMAS Contracts. Contract prices are maximums. Public agencies are encouraged to negotiate lower prices. Who can use CMAS? - All State of California agencies Cities, counties, special districts - Other local government bodies empowered to expend public funds - Public education entities - e.g., school districts, community colleges, public universities For more information: Contact the CMAS office for a copy of their Agency Packet which provides detailed information on the CMAS program.
