California Multiple Awards Schedules (CMAS)

DGA California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) offer a wide variety of commodity and information technology products and services at competitive prices. With CMAS, you avoid the bid process, shop for the best value, and order your agency's products and services directly from a CMAS contractor.

What is the CMAS Program?

Public Contract Codes 10290 and 12101.5 allow the California Department of General Services to create CMAS Contracts.
Contract prices are maximums. Public agencies are encouraged to negotiate lower prices.

Who can use CMAS?

- All State of California agencies Cities, counties, special districts
- Other local government bodies empowered to expend public funds
- Public education entities - e.g., school districts, community colleges,
  public universities

What are the CMAS Contract Order Limits?
  State of California customers have the following limits:

- Information technology products and services up to $500,000
- Non-information technology products up to $100,000

(The Department of General Services will assist state agency customers who request an exception to exceed the order limits.)

Local agency customers are subject to their own policies and guidelines and they determine their own order limits.
