Santa Barbara Applied Research, Inc. (SBAR) strives to be the premier provider of experienced and highly qualified technical support.
| SBAR is currently supporting the Air Dominance and Self Defense programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division located in Port Hueneme, CA and Dam Neck, VA. SBAR personnel are involved in developing, reviewing, editing, and producing Electronic Technical Manuals (ETMs), Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), and technical documentation to numerous systems. SBAR personnel supporting this effort have extensive experience and training in the use of XML to support conversion of IETMs into the XML format. SBAR personnel are also providing documentation support for programs such as the MK 57 NATO Sea Sparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS), MK 23 Target Acquisition System (TAS), and MK 31 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) programs.
